The pianists will be Malcolm Halliday, Kallin Johnson, Sima Kustanovich, Tea Lomdaridze, Dick Odgren, Olga Rogach, Myron Romanul, and Ian Watson. The performers will play the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra's two pianos - the vintage 1902 Steinway Model "C" concert grand piano and the newer 2006 Steinway Model "B" concert grand. Some of the music will be Bach's Italian Concerto, Poulenc's Sonata for Two Pianos, Sabre Dance by Khachaturian, and Brahms' Variations on a Theme by Haydn. Performing at various times will be two pianists, four pianists, and six pianists. To obtain tickets in advance, please send payment, made out to Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra, to the orchestra at P.O. Box 20070, Worcester, MA 01602-0070 and include a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Cost: $15 in advance; $20 at the door
