Monika Schmitter, an Associate Professor of Art at the Univeristy of Massachusetts - Amherst, will present a lecture entitled "At Home with Renaissance Art: The Material Culture of the Venetian Palace" as part of Assumption College's 2009-2010 HumanArts series.

The Assumption College Department of Art, Music and Theatre presents the musical Oliver! Based on the Dickens novel, Oliver Twist. Oliver! Engages audiences with its pathos and drama, while delighting everyone with its outstanding musical and dance numbers.

There will be 7 p.m. performances on April 23 and April 24 and 2 p.m. performances on April 24 and April 25. For tickets or more information, please call the box office at (877)571-7469. Information regarding on-campus ticket sales will be announced shortly.
