Located in Providence's newly renovated historic Alice Building at 250 Westminster Street, tazza is a caffe & bar with a true passion for offering the finest specialty coffees, espresso, wine, cocktails, food and entertainment. Tazza is a place to gather morning, noon and night and provides artists of many disciplines with a venue to present their work in a creative atmosphere.

Tazza's concept involves combining the qualities of a traditional espresso bar (simplicity, great coffee/espresso and a casual place for people to meet) with a funky atmosphere (artistic design and incorporation of local artists and musicians) and placing it all in the center of Providence's Arts and Entertainment District.

While at tazza, you can enjoy the lively and easy-going ambiance and order its high quality products from its tantalizing menu offerings. Depending on your mood, you can have some privacy in the winding suede banquette, strike up a conversation at the illuminated resin bar, sit at the main table area or simply enjoy your surroundings. Depending on the day, you can catch a live jazz or blues performance, short film, animation, digital media production, fashion show, sculpture display, poetry reading or a host of other artistic activities.

Tazza is constantly searching for interesting, creative and thought provoking artistic work to display and is interested in collaborating with Providence's higher educational institutions and local arts-and-community-based non-profits to use its space as an innovative artistic outlet and as a special event location.
