All Access Physical Therapy

We know that going to physical therapy for many patients is not the thing they want to do most. So we take pride in making their experience with us as fun as possible. That means we need to get to know them better in order to gain trust and increase their comfort level with us. Once we have done so the fun begins.
So how do we get to know our patients better? During our 20 minutes of one on one time with each patient, we try to spend 10 minutes providing our patients information about their injury or condition, and 10 minutes learning about them and having them learn more about us on a more personal level.
