If you are looking for a nice easy paddle this is the place. Absolutely beautiful. We paddled upstream as far as we could go, passing under Route 140, the Turnpike and even under a railroad bridge (hugging our kayaks to avoid a head hit!) Beautiful scenery, birds and fish were plentiful. Easy put in on 140. About an hour up stream and back total, depending on how fast you paddle. We paddled after a heavy rainstorm but the current wasn't so strong that it was work going upstream. Highly recommend this.  5
