The Worcester Center for Crafts offers a comprehensive program in all aspects of glassblowing, sculpting, casting, fusing, flameworking, and stained glass. The Glass Program recently expanded into an 8,000 square foot facility at 35B New Street, a short distance away from Sagamore Rd.

In addition to offering quality classes, the CraftCenter can now provide a state-of-the-art professional studio for area glassworkers. Studios are available to rent.

What the various shops of the glass studio are:

Hot Shop for glassblowing, solid sculpting, hot casting

Cold Shop for grinding, drilling, engraving, polishing, cutting, sandblasting

Mold Shop for investment mold making

Flat Shop for stained glass, kilnforming

Flame Shop for beadmaking, flameworking
