Having opened at the beginning of Time Square's rebirth, Soul Café continues to draw fashion, entertainment and political movers and shakers.

Offering a unique cuisine and a cool dining experience, the roots of Soul Café are in the Caribbean, in the South and in Africa. This is reflective of it's ownership as well as it's cuisine. Signature dishes like Caribbean styled coconut shrimp, sweet potato & plantain-crusted red snapper & island jerk duck with a Merlot and red currant reduction are sure to tantalize your taste buds.

Soul Café's décor is warm with rich dark woods, metals, and dimmed chandelier hanging from the deep rouge colored ceiling, balanced with sensuous modern shapes and accessories. The lounge of the Soul Café transports you back to the clubs of the Harlem Renaissance. Perfectly conducive for nibbling on appetizers or sipping a martini cocktail. .

At the insistence of numerous customers, Soul Café will expand its' off premise catering by summer, 2000. Additionally, Soul Café will offer its' facilities, with a seating capacity of 150, to bring business colleagues together for meetings, conferences as well as family events such as weddings, anniversaries, etc. Professional planning and personalized attention to ensure that every need is meticulously met compliment this.

Soul Café's objective is to cater to the needs of our clients' business, by day as well as provide a casual, yet elegant and entertaining atmosphere at sundown.
