When you want to dine out rather than just having dinner GO HERE. Make a reservation for 7:30 or 8 PM and you'll have great service, the crowd noise will diminish and you won't be rushed. Put on that nice dress and jacket and enjoy yourself. Spend lots of money it's worth it! There are ala carte selections as well as dinner selection. I had the veal chop medium and broccoli with hollandaise (ala carte), while my date had Surf and Turf (a dinner). We both had glasses of wine with our crab dip appetizer and salads; she had the tomatoes and onion salad and I had the wedge salad with Stilton and bacon. I paired my chop with a Sam Adams in a nice pilsner glass. Desert was wonderful as well. she enjoyed the white chocolate mousse in a chocolate egg shell and I had the creme brulee with a Makers Mark bourbon neat. With the professional service and deliciously carnivorous menu, you can take your time and enjoy your night out.

An amazing place to eat, but be prepared to spend about $50 per person if you want the works, appetizer, salad, entree, dessert and don't forget the drink. Definitely worth every penny

Save this place when you can spend $50+ per person and really enjoy yourself. The bar is beautiful and the food is great!! I have always had memorable meals there.

Bring Daddy's Wallet "class" is not the same as throwing money away because you have it

The Chophouse is a restaurant I go to when I want to show my out-of-town friends that Worcester does have some class. I apologize for offending the natives. The atmosphere is that of a nouvelle parisian bistro. The wait and back-up staff attentive and polite. The food absolutely delicious, BUT pricey for the amount you receive. This is not an everyday restaurant, nor is it a once a week or for that matter a once a month place to visit for the average person. I savor the Chophouse for Valentine's Day and Anniversaries and keep it at that - something special to look forward to where one can always expect the highest quality.

The steak itself lacked flavor for my tastes - they don't do much in terms of creative preparation here. Be aware that your meal does not come with a salad OR ANY sides (potatoes, veggies, etc). You should be prepared to spend upwards of $40 per person, depending on the cut of beef you want and the number of sides.
