Desserts and coffee are out of this world at the Bean Counter! Very high quality desserts and real attention to making sure they use quality ingredients and coffees. All the desserts are really beautifully made and taste terrific. Never had a bad coffee or dessert here and order lots of goodies for the holidays and special occasions every year. The cafe is warm and cozy and the staff are really friendly. The wireless internet makes hanging out and working on my laptop really convenient. They also have great ice cream!

This small coffee house and bakery has some of the best baked goods in Worcester, and don't think of going anywhere else to get a cake. You must order in advance, but their cakes are homemade from scratch and it shows - they are delicious and beautiful! The Mile High Mousse Cake is a chocolate lover's dream, but they have lots of cake and frosting options to choose from.

Their coffee is pretty decent, they make it rather well, although sometimes too sweet or sickening. What I don't like is that they serve you espresso shots in a small plastic cup. They have a wide variety of many tempting and really good pastries and deserts. The lines can get really packed and take a while in there, and it's kinda tight. I had one bad experience there where an employee had the nerve to purposely rip a teabag off of the string and served me it, I got a very bad vibe from her. Ever since then I don't go there as often, they used to be better in my opinion. However, the girls who work there are incredibly cute.

The last two times I visited the service was slow. It was late Sunday evening and the line wasn't even long either with only 2 people ahead of me. Very understaffed. Otherwise, great selection of coffees, cookies, and cakes. Wish they had ice cream, too!

Awesome little coffee bar with quick, pleasant service. The drinks are priced fairly and always made the same, delicious way. Great place to meet with friends or just chill and read a book.

Great place to hang out with a friend and drink a cup of java (or in my case...hot chocolate). Games are available to play. Not open very late though :-(
