Rocco's Pub & Grub was created and designed by Rocco & Alessandra Quattrocchi. Rocco was born and raised in Smithfield, RI. He studied at Johnson & Wales University. His food service career is vast, with the majority of his experience from Atomic Grille and Restaurant Prov. His experiences include managerial duties, bartending, serving and food preparations. Rocco and his wife Alessandra would like to offer their patrons 5 star food in an intimate, comfortable and pub-like atmosphere on the outskirts of Providence.

Antonio DaCosta is the head chef at Rocco's Pub & Grub. Creative, focused and passionate are just some of the words to describe him. He is a Johnson & Wales culinary graduate and has studied wine and food all over Europe. He worked at Craft Steak in Connecticut under James Lynn for one year, and worked for Ciao Fun Food Group for 4 years working his way up to sous chef. Antonio was also the head chef at Cav Restaurant. He has studied under prestigious chefs and worked at some of the best restaurants in the world.
