This multi-media dance drama was inspired by interviews with the inmates and staff at Bangli Mental Hospital in Bali, Indonesia. Lynn Kremer is joined by the internationally renowned Balinese visual and installation artist Made Wianta and Balinese artists-in-residence I Made Bandem and Ni Luh Suasthi Bandem in developing a new abstract work that explores the themes of creativity in confinement and what happens when the mind runs amok.
