| Description: | Fruitlands Museum will mark the shared birthdays of Louisa May and Bronson Alcott with Finding Company – An Alcott Birthday Celebration. “Father and daughter” will be on hand in character to comment on their relationship and shared memories of the 1843 Fruitlands Transcendental Experiment, and to offer opinions about a recent biography of Louisa's life. Author and producer Harriet Reisen will speak about her newly published Louisa May Alcott: the Woman Behind Little Women, a companion piece to the PBS documentary of the same name airs on Monday, December 28, 2009 on PBS. Tickets are $25 and will include tea and birthday cake.
