Description: Chair yoga can reduce high blood pressure and anxiety, and alleviate symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, clinical depression, and chronic pain..and so much more.
Class runs every Tuesday from 10:00-10:45 am.
Class Fee: $5.00 per person/per class
FREE for anyone undergoing cancer treatment-
How Do I Sign Up? Just show up and pay when you arrive. No need to sign up ahead of time as there is plenty of space.
If it is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a health form.
Who can come to class? Seniors, men & women and/or any adult who is looking for a gentle yoga class to build range of motion and flexibility while sitting in a chair. Just received surgery and need physical movements on the lighter side? This is also a great class. Come have fun, stretch, flex and flow while being around your friends in a relaxing environment.
What is required for this class? Sneakers, a bottled water and a big smile. Chairs will be provided.
