| Description: | Classes begin with a brief centering, breath awareness and gentle warm ups. The heart of the class includes invigorating flowing sequences of traditional Hatha Yoga postures. We end with deep relaxation, followed by a short meditation. Posture modifications are offered based on individual needs. | |
