| Description: | Photographer Sheila Turner in her exhibit Neither Lost nor Found captures working class people of color as embodied by the patrons of the corner store - real people in a real context. This exhibit advocates for the status of the "common place" as a space to be looked at, analyzed and archived for future generations. (Educator, Lynn Marshall-Linnemeir will facilitate an artist talk with photographer Sheila Turner Thursday, October 1, 2009 7:00 p.m. Authors' & Writers' Lounge 3rd Floor) |
