| Description: | "Stroll Spencer" is a merchant organized event with more that 19 participating shops and four church fairs. This is a great way to start the Christmas season! Fun and prizes for all. Refreshments served by merchants. Pickup a passport at any participating merchant, have it completely stamped and you will be entered into raffle for great prizes. | |
