We're connecting our Highland St. Neighborhood with this summer's Art in the Park sculpture exhibit in Elm Park! Hands-on community art projects include painting a giant "ARTS" sculpture, coloring personal boxes with brilliant chalk to create a giant fish, and making two collective hand-woven tapestries using freestyle Saori weaving. Enjoy live music, horse carriage rides with talks by Art in the Park sculptors, sculpture demonstrations, break-dancing shows, live modeling of vintage clothing, booths by creative Highland St.shops, and refreshments courtesy of the Sole Proprietor Restaurant.
