| Description: | Jumpstart Your Journaling is an online group via the Northeast Spruill Oaks Library and coordinated by Librarian Jean Hughes. This group has been created to encourage members to get to know themselves and each other better. You will learn about journaling as a means of guiding you through your daily activities...and learn about the process of journaling and how to make the most of it. Librarian/Moderator Jean Hughes will post seven prompts per week on the web site. Participants may choose however many s/he wishes to respond to as a means of encouraging the process of journaling, getting to know yourself and the next direction you want your life to take.
