| Description: | Hundreds of colorfully costumed military re-enactors encamp throughout Old Sturbridge Village, drilling and marching, engaging in mock battles, firing muskets and cannons, cooking and eating, playing music and dancing, and re-creating the camp life of military personnel of earlier times. Visitors mix and mingle with campers for an evening's "Twilight Encampment" on Saturday. | |
