| Description: | In November, Quinsigamond welcomes Dr. Elliott Visconsi, assistant professor of English and Yale University, to the campus as part of its fall distinguished lecturer series. On Thursday, November 6, Professor Visconsi will speak on "Constitutional Culture and Civil Religion." Also a published author, Prof. Visconsi's talk will discuss how literature and other forms of media contribute to the popular understanding of constitutional norms, especially in relation to ideas of civil religion or the separation of church and state. | |
