| Description: | Its time to "Ditch The Workout and Join The Party" Want to spice up your body & your workouts, then "ZUMBA" is the answer! This class is the perfect combination of fitness & fun! Zumba is a fusion of Latin & International rhythms, while incorporating high energy, motivating music with unique, body sculpting moves. Zumba creates a party like atmosphere that is so much fun, you'll forget you're working out!! In addition to our Tuesday morning 9:30-10:30am class, please join us every Sunday 10:00-11:00am and Tuesday evenings 7:15-8:15pm at "Charlotte Klein Dance Centers" 164 Milk Street off Rte 135 East (in the "Westboro Meadow Plaza" near TJMaxx, Papa Ginos & Curves) Visit www.ditchtheworkout.com for our current SUMMER SCHEDULE!! (many ongoing classes, several sessions return Fall '09) CLASSES ARE ONGOING...We're located in Westborough, however ALL are welcome to join us.
