Description: Learn all about the history of tea and more from Mary Lou and Robert J. Heiss, the authors of 'The Story of Tea: A Cultural History and Drinking Guide,' which has recently been selected as a Finalist in the 2008 James Beard Foundation Book Awards explains Education Director Laura Howick. At the end of each class well sample a different kind of tea.
