Threats and fears are cast upon us everday through the television, radio, and newspapers. We live in a stressful existence. Come and enjoy the positive energy of this healing meditation class. Join us in releasing the stressors that we call our lives. Come together with the veterans and new meditators alike and give yourself a chance to become whole again. Class is causual and is open to all-no experience necessary. We sit in folding chairs to meditate or you can sit on the floor. Please, take this time and do it for yourself. "See you there."
