| Description: | Join the Shrewsbury Public Library with certified yoga instructor Bindu Gupta as she guides attendees through an hour-long Hatha yoga practice on Thursdays, June 1, 8, & 15 and Tuesday, June 20. Hatha yoga brings physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness to one's body and mind. No experience required to participate.
