Description: Our society has hit the wall of a mass-scale mental health crisis. The Finding Peace seminar combines current research on mental health with timeless faith-based principles. Attendees will enjoy the dynamic presentations and practical tools, and will find the strength to overcome obstacles in the way of their peace and joy. The presenter, Dr. Jennifer Jill Schwirzer, is the author of the book "13 Weeks To Peace". Jennifer describes her book in the YouTube link provided, and the talk will be based on the book. There will be no books for sale at the event, but you can always find her books wherever books are sold, or at the Adventist Book Center in South Lancaster: https://bit.ly/13WeeksToPeace

The talk will be split into four sessions. Be sure to come in time for the first session, which will be at 10 AM. Additional sessions will be held at 11 AM, 2 PM and 3 PM. At 11 AM there will be some singing and a children's story before Jennifer speaks, as she is using the time normally used for a sermon. A vegetarian potluck lunch will be shared from 12:30 until 2 PM. The lunch will take place in the Fellowship Hall, the part of the building that has a flat roof with lots of tables and chairs.

Note: It is definitely OK to bring children. We just suggest bringing paper and crayons to keep them busy, as the topic is geared more towards high school age on up through senior citizens. However, there will be a children's story close to 11:15 AM.
