Description: | C.C. Lowell, the country's oldest art supply store, started right here in Worcester. At the start of his business Lowell sold, paints, pencils and even gasoline for the newly invented automobile! In the spirit of the long running business, we are offering sketching in our galleries. What is there to sketch? Perhaps some machinery in our Industrial Gallery or the busts of the Cromptons. This program will be guided by local artist Grhimm Xavier. Please arrive with your own materials - dry media only. Personal sketchbooks, folding stools, and easels are allowed. No ink, paint, markers, charcoal, chalk, and pastels, please. | |
