Description: The Ruth Wells Center for the Arts, 111 Main St in Southbridge, is bringing back the traditional May Day Celebration on May 14, 10am- 4pm on the grounds of the historical QVCAH. The Water Color exhibit by local artists will also open at this time.
There will be a May pole dance with a traditional caller, May queen pageant, live music, food and drink, as well as childrens activities. The music will be performed by Alley Music featuring Myra Macleod. The caller will be Bill Fischer. Food will be provided by Metro Bistro, local French restaurant. The beer/wine garden will feature local beverages. A variety of crafts vendors will be selling their wares on the spacious grounds of the Ruth Wells Center.
