Description: Join the Shrewsbury Public Library to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community as members of SpeakOUT Boston share their personal stories. SpeakOUT has been telling the stories of LGBTQ+ lives for 50 years; since 1972, volunteer speakers have shared stories in an engaging way and fostered dialogues within middle and high schools, colleges, businesses, faith communities, nonprofit organizations, and more. SpeakOUTs motto is Ask Us Anything and the speakers create a safe and supportive atmosphere to ask questions.
