Anne Harris a 2012 Graduate of Assumption will be a guest lecture on October 13th, 2021 at 7:00pm. Ms. Harris will lecture about her personal connection to her artwork and about dedicating her work to a place based, art making practice. Her work has led to her to a collaboration with the more-than-human world, to a mountain and a porcupine. She will be showing a combination of painting, performance, video, outdoor video installation and photography created with the sites she worked with: Mount Greylock, located in present day Williamstown, Massachusetts and The Porcupine Forest, located in present day Worcester, Massachusetts.
