Come join us in a supportive, nurturing, no judgement atmosphere of practicing Tai Chi.
This eloquent moving meditation in grace and balance helps improve flexibility, ease of motion, quality of sleep, strengthens immune system and overall well-being.
Tai Chi improves balance by strengthening the lower body.
This can be done standing or sitting.
Please wear layers of comfortable loose clothing.
No prior experience is necessary.

Crystal Daige is a seeker of knowledge, experienced and certified in Tai Chi, Reikii, Shambala, Tong Ren and Marconics energy. She fell in love with the practices and realized the impact it can have on improving your physical and mental well-being.
Crystal is a trained, certified and insured instructor.
