Sausages can be made at home for a reasonable cost and you will know exactly what it is made of. Lina will start with the basics and cover types of sausages, seasonings, cost of meat, casing, grinders, etc. Practice makes it perfect and this class will give you the place to start while have lots of fun. 1 night/3 hours Lina DAnnunzio was born and raised in Italy until the age of 23. She then married and moved to the United States of America. Cooking for Lina is a passion - everything is made from scratch and she is always making a new dish. Lina and her husband Franco owned and operated the Ciao Napoli restaurant, formerly located in Marlboro, MA. For ten years they had the pleasure of serving authentic Italian cuisine, both in their restaurant, and in their catering business. They prided themselves on serving wholesome, memorable cuisine and treating every patron like they were a guest in their own home. The latest chapter of her lifelong culinary adventure is Linas Kitchen catering. They say the goal is to provide delicious, healthy, homemade meals for families and she keeps the same motto when she conducts cooking classes. |
