Description: In a world where kids are facing as many health issues as adults, many people are interested in living a Vegan lifestyle but wonder about how it works for a family. During this presentation we will discuss solutions and strategies for living healthfully and ethically. We will include topics such as books to read, recipes, transition foods, health study references, and also include snacks for everyone to enjoy. Please bring your questions for the Q & A. All ages are welcome!
