Description: 10-104 Aircraft Ownership – What it Really Takes

If you have ever wondered what it really takes to own an airplane, wondered what airplane to buy or are a student taking flying lessons, then this course is for you. This class will take you through all aspects of aircraft ownership. From choosing the right airplane, cost of repairs, maintaining the airplane, FAA requirements, and any other things associated with ownership. This course will provide insight and let you make better decisions based on the knowledge that you will receive. 2 weeks/4 hours
Brian Clockedile has been an Airframe & Power plant mechanic for over 25 years and has his Inspection Authorization rating. Brian has been the Director of Maintenance for many charter operators, is a former FAA inspector and has owned and operated a repair shop for the last 10 years. He is Cirrus aircraft factory trained and authorized, has worked on everything from a J3 Cub to a 737 and has a natural tendency to educate people.
