Description: Join us for an afternoon of mindful exploration and sensory-based learning! We will prepare our minds and bodies to transition from summer fun back to school-based learning.This 90 minute workshop will involve a mix of: family mindfulness exercises, guided movement, breathing exercises, and creative DIY projects to take home. The workshop will be led by Jennifer Maddox combining her knowledge of positive psychology, youth mental health, and holistic solutions using medicinal grade essential oils. 1:30-3pm (for families with children age 6-11) and 3:30-5pm (for families with children age 12-17) If your family has children in both age groups, you may use your discretion and attend either the am or pm session.

Family members will be guided to practice and create routines and habits for sustainable wellness. Workshop includes a take home set of 3 DIY tools made with natural ingredients during the workshop.

Parking is located behind the building. Use 10 Biltmore Road Worcester MA 01602 in your GPS. (Take the light at Moreland St and an immediate left onto Biltmore Rd.)
