Description: Ever wish that you could tap into government databases yourself? Thanks to the Freedom of Information Act and public records laws in every state, you can. Join us for this Freedom of Information event to learn more about how to use public records, and get your questions answered about how to make the most of these important laws. The session will be led by Beryl Lipton, Senior Reporter at FOIA non-profit MuckRock, which has helped retrieve millions of pages from government agencies with over 30,000 FOIA requests.
