Description: The Internet has exploded from your computer onto devices everywhere, including thermostats, lightbulbs, bathroom scales, and digital companions. All these inter-networked devices are known as the Internet of Things (IoT).
Unfortunately, the more devices we connect to the Internet, the more potential for cybersecurity and privacy issues. Well talk about the inherent risks, and
some possible approaches to address these problems. This program is part of the Explore Tech: Engineers Make a World of Difference exhibit at the Worcester Public Library through March 9, 2018.
