Description: Self-defense starts with situational awareness and potential threat avoidance. We teach the fundamentals of avoiding conflict with quick tactical defense moves such as take-downs and submission holds. Students will learn practical moves, including Jiu-Jitsu positions to gain confidence and obtain tools to remove themselves from a variety of different possible situations.

Join instructors from J3 Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as they lead us in a basic self-defense course. Later this year J3 Academy will return with a basic self-defense class for teens and children.
