"To be SoDown is to seize every opportunity, explore new grounds, try new things and ultimately live the most epic life possible. This universe is far too beautiful and life is simply too short to not do what makes you happy. Unconditional love is the most powerful force in the world and Bass Music is my way of expressing it."
Ehren River Wright, aka SoDown, is a staple in the Colorado music scene. His first headline show was a huge success, selling out before doors. Thanks to a passionate fanbase, Ehren has quickly taken his music to a national stage, playing many festivals across the US. A SoDown set is not one to miss. Featuring live saxophone, Ehren takes the crowd on an intimate sensory adventure through space and time. His latest tracks include a wide array of musical talents, including his keen ear for sound design and production as well as his never ending dedication to organic instrumentation. Combining infinite influences, Ehren describes his music as an endlessly evolving medley of many different genres, culminating in a uniquely diverse style of bass music. 2016 has much promise, as SoDown continues to prove himself as one of the most dedicated and innovative acts in the game.
For 26 year old native Queens producer Eric Tully aka Brightside, it's not just about the music - it's about a movement. His vision is to produce auditory art that brings people together and creates a sense of community. Brightside occupies a predominantly mid-tempo realm, while drawing openly from all ends of the spectrum. The project samples an eclectic cross-section of sound from around the world, creating psychedelic bass music incorporating Middle Eastern, Asian, Rock, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and electronic influences.
Having established deep roots in the national bass music circuit, Brightsides production & live performance have seen him open up for the likes of EPROM, G Jones, The Gaslamp Killer, TRUTH, Ganja White Night, Space Jesus, Break Science, Tsuruda, Thriftworks, ill.Gates, The Opiuo Band, The Librarian & Yheti, as well as earned him standout sets at festivals around the country including Camp Bisco, Infrasound, Gathering of the Vibes, Minus Zero, Future Forest (CA), Pass The Good, Fractal Beach, and many more.
Brightside has been featured on The Untz, LostInSound, RaverRafting, Anti-Future and Portland-based Beat Lab Radio.
Jon Belfontaine (Outlet) is a self taught glitch hop producer and multi instrumentalist from NH. Outlet released its first full length album Borrowed Voices on December of 2013. The album is a fusion of down tempo hip hop, upbeat glitch and future bass.
