|Description:||In this comprehensive fitness program, developed & instructed by Lin Hultgren, ACE Certified Master Fitness Trainer, a series of compound exercises will strengthen and tone your body, creating lean muscle mass which will boost your metabolism so your body will burn more fat constantly, even while at rest.
Lin's Strengthen & Sculpt program will provide you with upper, lower and core body conditioning utilizing body weight, bands, hand held weights, and stability ball.
While this program provides a comprehensive workout for the experienced fitness enthusiast, it is also beginner friendly and exercises can be modified to accommodate any physical limitations you may have.
