Valentines Day Menu
Jerk Seasoned Fried Oysters
Fresh Shucked East Coast oysters tossed in a Jamaican Jerk seasoned flour,
fried till crispy, accompanied by a roasted red pepper aioli and Daikon slaw | 12

Gourmet Entrées
Lobster Filled Heart Raviolis
Heart shaped raviolis filled with lobster meat, three cheeses, accompanied
by a poached lobster tail, silk vodka rose sauce, garnished with rainbow
micro greens and a shellfish pastry straw | 26

Braised Lamb Osso Buco
Slow cooked tender lamb fore shanks served atop a truffle scented wild
mushroom risotto, with braised vegetables, a red wine Bordelaise sauce
and crispy fried onion strings | 24

The EVO Strip
A hand cut New York strip steak grilled, accompanied by whipped potatoes,
steamed broccoli florets, tomato & red wine reduction sauce, garnished with
crispy Cajun Calamari fries | 25

Tuscan Swordfish
Fresh grilled swordfish accompanied by whipped potatoes, a Swiss chard and
cannelloni bean ragout, garnished with pesto oil, an aged balsamic reduction
and an herb & Parmesan pastry straw | 23

Vegan Chimichanga
A Crispy flour tortilla filled with rice, black beans, Daiya cheese,
chipotle seasoned tofu, accompanied by shredded lettuce, fresh avocado, lime
