Description: | A multi-media art exhibition celebrationg Black History Month, presented by the African-Americans for the Arts. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke of going to the top of the mountain and seeing the Promised Land. Since then many have climbed that same mountain and have given witness to the promise of our land - the possibilities. King said, "I might not get there with you." And, he might have added, I can't get there without you. An American Promised Land can never be unless it exists for all of the American people. |
