Description: The Auburn Avenue Research Library will host Beneath the Bridges of Atlanta, a compelling photographic exhibit by photojournalist Tony Smart. The exhibit explores the unseen world of poverty and homelessness found under Atlanta's bridges and overpasses. In the legacy of iconic photographer, Gordon Parks, Mr. Smart uses documentary realism to create haunting socially conscious images of the human condition. Tony Smart will also facilitate an Artist's Talk on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.
