| Description: | Ghoulish knights and ghostly ladies ages 6 to 12 are admitted free when they enter the creaky doors of Castle Higgins in costume! A great tradition, this is a safe and fun trick-or-treat adventure for parents and children. Storytellers spin ghostly yarns, spooky music fills the air, and a fortune-teller offers a glimpse into the future. Introduce yourself to the shades of knights and ladies past, and talk with them about their lives the Middle Ages. Arms and Armor Demonstrations throughout the day. All costumed visitors are invited to enter the Parade of Ghouls in the Great Hall at noon and again at 2 p.m. Don't forget to pick up a special treat on the way out! Members & children 6-12 in costume free; non-members free with admission. | |
