| Description: | In response to the mass shooting in Newtown, CT, on December 14, we are raising money* to donate to the district, in order to provide extended trauma counseling and other needed services to the surviving 430 school children that were affected by this recent tragedy. Every person can do their part. Some donate time. Others blood, or money. We have only our resources to offer. And so, we will be holding a benefit concert at Charlee Bravo's, in Putnam, Connecticut, on February 23rd, in hopes of raising enough funds to help make a difference. Don't just debate weapons on Facebook. Use it to spread this event and the cause it is designed to benefit. If you have it to spare, come enjoy some great music, buy some raffle tickets, or even sign up for the pool tournament. All proceeds go to a good cause. We will only be covering costs. Between each set, they will read from a list containing the 26 names of those fatally wounded, as well as lead a moment of silence to honor the fallen. Doors open at 8PM for $7 to 21+ers.
