Description: | Are you looking to brush up on your acting skills? Do you wish you could play a certain character but wonder if you have the chops? Join this class where you will revisit acting technique, while simultaneously breaking down any self-imposed barriers. This unique class will focus on polishing that monologue, breaking habits that hinder performance, and building confidence. Through warm-up games, monologue and scene work, and script analysis we will make each character attainable and playable, while helping your inner actor find his/her voice! Ages: 18 and Up Day & Time: Wednesdays 8:30-10:00PM Dates: February 6, 13, 20, 27; March 6, 13, 20, 27; April 3, 10 Tuition: $225 for 10 Classes (plus $25 registration fee due if not paid since 9/1/12) Instructor: Morgan Gavaletz LaMontagne |
