| Description: | Meet the artist Saturday, June 9, 2-4 p.m. This series of photographs, made up mainly of portraiture, showcases the quiet and collected moments that are often left behind. This collection is a composite of photographs that have been taken over the span of a few years; the people and places captured in them are some of the closest to the artist's heart. About the artist: Danielle works with a number of photographic mediums; including digital format, 35 mm film, and most recently medium format film. Most of her work, which centers around the relationships with those closest to her, is made up primarily of portraiture. The more poignant concepts of her work focus on interpersonal relationships and the endearing moments that take place in the company of close companions versus the outside world. Danielle is currently working toward a Bachelors degree of Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography. |
