| Description: | On Monday, June 18th, 2012 Jacob Edwards Library will host a performance of the family oriented program Magic by Scott Jameson. Admission is free to the public and all ages are welcome. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This theatrical program is comprised of magic, juggling, and comedy routines, many of which are choreographed to music. The balance of the show will feature members of the audience who will be called on to participate both from the audience, and onstage. See the show audiences are calling SUPERB!, A BLAST!, and Heartwarming fun for the whole family." Join magician and juggler Scott Jameson on Monday, June 18, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Pioppi Room of Jacob Edwards Library for an extraordinary performance that will have you laughing out loud and perched on the very edge of your seat. Umbrellas will be plucked from thin air, a drawing will come to life, basketballs will be spun and juggled, and a member of the audience will unlock telekinetic abilities. Scott Jameson has been presenting magic and juggling performances at public and private events in theatres, schools, libraries, and other venues since 1994. In 2002 Scott wrote his educational program Contact: The Magic of Communication which is currently touring throughout the Northeast. Scott has received training in a wide range of areas including, acting, dance, mime, movement, gymnastics, and improvisation. |
