| Description: | Pregnancy is a precious time in a woman's life. Learn the tools that will help you grow emotionally and physically through your pregnancy and beyond. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and mat if you have them. Those preparing to conceive are welcome. No experience necessary. Location: First Unitarian Church 90 Main Street, Worcester (Enter from upper parking lot, class held in the Chapel) Light refreshments served. Childcare available upon advanced request. Instructors: Rampal/Dalilah Rain & Jayna Turchek are KYTRA certified yoga instructors with specialty certification in Kundalini prenatal yoga. |
