| Description: | Attention All Ladies! We have a very special class for you! It's called DIVA Dance and the name says it all. Natalie together with Tricia will teach sexy, exciting choreography to perfect your Cabaret-Cuban Attitude and find that Latin rhythm. If you love to move your hips and would like to set your inner Latin Diva free this is the course for you! You will learn a Cabaret-Latin style routine in a weekly group class and prepare to perform at upcoming dance events! This class is geared for women who are interested in building choreography and learning various performance techniques. Expect to work hard, learn new moves, burn calories and have a fantastic time! Wear comfortable loose clothing to move well in & bring your heels. Beginner or experienced dancers are welcome, as long as you are letting your inner Diva out! Topics covered at lessons will include: - Develop Cabaret-Latin style dance routines! - Lose inhibitions and gain confidence! - Develop greater balance, flexibility & strength! - Create expression and attitude through dance! - Introduction to body popping, locking, & body isolations! - Perform dance routines as a Diva group! All welcome, no experience or partner required! |
