| Description: | YOU CANT TAKE IT WITH YOU Gateway Players Theatre, Inc. will present the Kaufman & Hart classic comedy, You Cant Take It With You in May at the Gateway Arts Barn, 111 Main St., Southbridge. Come to see what antics are happening in the Sycamore household- between exploding fireworks, IRS investigator, G-men, people who come to visit- and never leave- as well as a budding love story, this play is sure to delight all ages. Show dates are May 11,12,18,19 and 20. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30pm, the Sunday matinee is at 2pm. Tickets are now available with the advance sale discount of $2 off each ticket until May 10. Regular prices are $12 for adults, $10 for senior citizens and youth under age 18. For tickets, call 508-764-4531. Mary Gahagan is directing, with Barbara Day as producer. Diane Servant is stage manager, Allen Adams is building the set, Simone Germain is in charge of costumes with Sue Adams responsible for props. Brian Young will assist with hair and makeup. The cast includes Allen Adams (Paul), Brad Adams (Tony), Beth Baker (Gay), Billy Bolster (Mr. Kirby), Patrick Bracken (Kolenkov), Mary Beth Bryant (Penny), Jim Douglas (Grandpa), Nicole Fiorentino (Essie), James Gomes (G-man), Tyler Jastrebski (Ed), Joni Metras (Mrs. Kirby), Megan Mignogna (Olga), Amy Parmenter (Rheba), Ray Petrelli (Donald), Jim Piehl (DePinna), John Polokowski (Henderson), Korinne Reinhard (Alice) and Brian Young (G-man). This production is funded in part by a grant from the Southbridge Cultural Council, a local agency, supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. Gateway Players is currently in its 37th season, and is located on the grounds of the historic Quinebaug Valley Arts Center.
